Job Description:- •Person will be Merchant Trainer & Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. •He will diagnose, Software installation, configuration, and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers.•Can visit our Restaurant Partners in Field.•Provide service and customer support during field visits.•Install our POS software in their System / Device.•Give training about our product to our client.•Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their queries.•Build positive relationships with customers.• Must have laptop & 2 wheeler•Ready to travel nearby cities as well for training & supprot purpose.
