Job Description· Regular filed coordination and with Client line Managers.· Sourcing Profiles- Vacancies sharing with consultants, JOB posting at relevant JOB portals and Boards.· Screening resumes, as per defined criteria.· Conducting telephonic interviews with candidates.· Line-up shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.· Performing reference and background checks.· Ensure joining formalities and documentations.· Maintain process for Management to request reports and support.Regular coordination with client Line Managers and respective filed staff for gathering · Periodic HR Task Matrices like, team reporting, routine submissions, timely attendance, employee data, & MIS Reports
