Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Create and maintain a pipeline of hot prospects and Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.2) Lead from the front, in terms of outbound efforts to generate leads, and thereby motivate team members to follow suit. 3) Maintain reports, daily, and monthly to help management see clarity and provide constructive feedback. 4) Innovate ideas to create better processes for data building, email-campaigns.5) Must have demonstrable experience working with various online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer etc.6) Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.7)Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.8) Work closely with the sales head/ CEO and together design strategies to better the processes.
