Monitoring visitor access and maintain security awareness. Maintaining Association contact sheets/excel files/books. General administrative duties, including typing letters, printing labels, creating files, emails, scans, posting notices and maintaining supply inventory. Providing information about available properties to potential buyers or renters, including location, amenities, price range and financing options.Creating and updating databases of potential buyers or renters based on their interests and the nature of their inquiry.
