About the Role –We are aggressively looking to strengthen our organization by adding the bestavailable talent to our staff. We’re seeking a Customer Support Representative toconnect with prospective clients in the US and ensure they are provided with theright information to collaborate with TCM.The requirements are to fill multiple openings within the CSR division right fromindividuals with basic and minimum experience in a client/ customer engaging role toindividuals who have managed a team of CSR’s in the past.Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills,experience in US Process (added advantage), proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel& Outlook), and good data management skills. This role requires candidates withexcellent communication skills (US accent preferred) as you will be communicatingwith individuals from the US.Individuals with experience in planning, coordinating and analysing data would be abonus.
