BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVEPreparing quotations / purchase orders / proforma invoices / sales ordersHandling emailsConverting enquiries / Leads to ordersAssisting in day to day office workCo ordination with clientsHandling emails and replying to mails independentlyPreparing sales report on daily basis and follow up of the samePreparing MIS for salesShould have good written and verbal communication in EnglishAssisting and supporting managementGenerating leads thru mailersHaving basic knowledge of Photoshop for editing catalogues etc will be added advantageGood command in MS office ( WORD/ EXCEL / POWER POINT )
