- Should be Excellent at lead generation, adding new customers, building customer relationships, cross-selling,up-selling, negotiations,& closing deals. -Self-confidence in achieving Gross Margin Targets through skillful negotiations with Customers & OEMs.- Should have good experience in bidding process for procurement of a commodity or service related to IT Infrastructure.- Capability to translate the customer business issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements.- Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business and technical advice to the customer.- A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure Solutions- High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must- Should have a great attitude towards team work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job.
