Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to potential customers.Qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion to sales.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement lead generation and demand generation programs.Collaborate with the outside sales team to coordinate customer follow-up and account management.Accurately forecast sales and provide regular updates to management.Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive activity, and product development.Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
