Responsibilities- Provides guidance and assist seller/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms- Determine client’s needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealings.- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, agreements, deeds, closing statements etc)Requirements & Skills as a Sales Executive: - Excel knowledge of MS Office- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus- Should be competitive and confident- Should be focused on delivering the best for their respective companies- Should have selling, and negotiation skills- Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.- Fast learner and passion for sales- Male and female both work
