Roles and Responsibilities:· Answer calls professionally to provide information about ERP and services and obtain details of complaints.· Understand Customer’s Complaints related to ERP and can translate it to IT team Properly.·Maintaining and monitoring ERP project plans, project schedules & work hours.· Assist users in all aspect of ERP system use.· Manage the configuration and operation of on-premises ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues.·Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.· Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
