The following constitutes the Terms of User Agreement and is legally binding and applies to your use of the www.JollyHires.com website, JollyHires web application, JollyHires mobile application, as well as any other media form, media channel related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (individually, or collectively, the “Service”). You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement was written in English (India), and if any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version overrules the others.
- Acceptance: By accessing and/or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” (which implies that you essentially peruse the Services, including, without impediment, through a different remote device, or generally utilize the Services without being registered) or you are a “Member” (which implies that you have registered with JollyHires). The term “User” refers to a Visitor or a Member. Your download or use of the Services, regardless of whether your access or use is intended, amounts to acceptance of these terms, and you agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and the terms of this Agreement. In addition, in consideration for becoming a member and/or using the Services, you must indicate your acceptance of this Agreement during the registration process. After that, you may create your account, if required, per the terms herein. In our sole discretion, we may modify or revise these Terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. It is, therefore, crucial that you review this Agreement regularly. If you disagree to be bound by this Agreement and abide by all Applicable Law (defined below), you are not authorized to use the applicable Services. You should delete the software that enables access to the Services and discontinue their use.
- Third-Party Sites: These Terms apply to all users of the Services. The Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. For example, companies’ websites, Social Media Accounts /Pages of Recruiters and Job-Seekers, etc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for any third-party websites’ content, privacy policies, or practices. In addition, we will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly relieve us from any liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the service and read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website you visit.
- Your JollyHires Account: To use all the features of the App, you may be directed to create an Account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity on your account, and you must keep your account credentials secured. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account. Although we will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account, you may be responsible for our losses or the losses of others due to such unauthorised use. All information collected through Accounts or otherwise through the Services are collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Contents: Content includes texts, messages, files, images, photos, video, sounds, sound recordings, works of authorship, applications, graphics, audio-visual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on access through, or contribute to the Services. As an account holder in JollyHires, you may submit Content to the Services like photos, videos, documents, texts, messages, etc. You understand that we do not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit. We do not claim any ownership rights in the Content you transmit, submit, display or publish (“post”) on, through, or with the Services. After posting your Content on, through or in connection with the Services, you continue to retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license granted herein.By posting any Content on, through or in connection with the Services, you hereby grant to us the license to use, modify, delete from, add to, combine with other content, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, display, publish, adapt, make available online or electronically transmit, sell, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Content by all means and manners now or later known, including, without limitation, on, through or in connection with the Services to third-party applications; widgets; websites; or mobile, desktop or other services which are linked with your Account, including, without limitation, distributing part or all of the Services and any Content included therein, in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each User of the Service a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Services, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, make available online or electronically transmit, and perform such Content as permitted through the functionality of the Services and under these Terms. You shall be solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on the Services. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit; and you license to us all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such Content for publication on the Services pursuant to these Terms, royalty-free.
- Restricted Contents: You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that is grossly harmful, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, invasive of another’s privacy, racial, ethnically objectionable, impersonates another person; that which contains software viruses or any other computer code, filed or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software resource; threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India.
- Content Posting Policy: You shall not post/upload/transmit/share any contents that:
6.a) Violates the Agreement, Community Guidelines, and other terms and policies that apply to your platform use.
6.b) Is unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, harassing, fake, Spam, scam, infringing, etc.
- Contents Owner: Content Regulations in JollyHires
7.a) Any user content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
7.b) You shall be solely responsible for your content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on the Services.
7.c) We do not endorse any content submitted to the Services by any user or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, any use or reliance on any content obtained through the Service is at your own risk.
7.d) We reserve the right to remove content that violates The Agreement, Community Guidelines, Google Policy of Restricted Contents and other policies that apply to your use of the Service.
- Report/Block:One can report any contents in the application with a reason for reporting, like Spam, Scam, etc., and submit a proof of screenshot or video. We will review that content immediately, and if it violates any policy, we will immediately remove that content and take strict action against the user.
Note: If any user is found asking money for the promise of a job offer violates this agreement and will be subjected to legal action, including filing an FIR to police.
- Intellectual Property Policy: We respect the intellectual property of others and require that our members do so as well. Therefore, you hereby agree and warrant that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any Content that infringes upon a third person’s copyright, patent, design, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights. Any such infringing Content is subject to the removal or blocking in accordance with the rules below. We operate a clear copyright policy about any Content alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party, and we will terminate user access to the Services if a user has been determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a member who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice. The Content on the Services, and the trademarks, service marks and logos (“Marks”) on the Service, are owned by or licensed to us, and you do not gain any right or license or ownership over the same.
- The use of your information: We may collect your personal & non-personal information like Your name, phone number, email ID, designation, location, PIN Code, company name, college name etc., you personalise your product experience on JollyHires App. We may use your phone number and email ID to contact you via SMS, Email or Direct Call. We may also contact you for feedback about your experience with JollyHires and for taking part in various events and research organised by the JollyHires team according to these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Policy
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Service, you agree that the personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Service, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
- Product & Pricing: JollyHires is India’s first map-based hiring platform focused on solving the unique problem of the long hiring process, especially for Freshers. JollyHires is a product of CEORRA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. We use Advanced algorithms to match jobs posted by recruiters with profiles of candidates. The matching candidates and recruiters can directly connect, enabling fast & efficient hiring/job search experience.JollyHires is free of cost for job seekers. The JollyHires App runs on a 15-Day Free Trial model for recruiters once they have signed up and been onboarded on the platform so that they can use all the features without any limitations in the initial 15 days by ‘Viewing’ or ‘Downloading’ a maximum of 25 resumes/contact info and 25 direct call initiations. However, once the Trial period is over, to access contact information or resumes of the candidates, recruiters can choose one of the below plans corresponding to their needs.

JollyHires will operate on Paid Plan based on various Credits options and validity:
- When you subscribe to our Paid Plans you agree to adhere to the additional terms specific to the Services (“Paid Plans”) that you are availing.
- Your access to the JollyHires Platform, and your ability to post jobs and access candidate profiles shall be determined by the specific Paid Plans that you avail of. JollyHires reserves the right to change the nature and/or manner of delivery of the Paid Plans at any time without liability to JollyHires. JollyHires also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any Paid Plans or part(s) thereof, either temporarily or permanently, without the requirement for prior intimation or liability to JollyHires.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions you specifically waive the right to make any claim against JollyHires for non-delivery of the Paid Plan services after the date on which such Paid Services are suspended or discontinued.The above-mentioned Paid plans offered are as per the specific terms set out below –
Job Posts –
- You can post unlimited Job Posts on JollyHires Platform by selecting any Paid Plan
- The validity of any Job Post on JollyHires platform is maximum 60 days
- For each Job Post, the number of applications from candidates shall be determined by JollyHires algorithm factoring matching profiles, meanwhile the number of Database views ( Contact info/ Resume) is determined based on the selected Paid plan.
- JollyHires reserves the sole right to vary the validity of a Job Post and the number of applications that you are eligible to receive per Job Post.
JollyHires Credits (Database Views or Downloads) –
- Against payment of a specified Paid Plan, you will be buying “Credits” representing the Contact Info / Resume of Candidates that can be viewed or Downloaded in that Specified Paid Plan.
i.e 1 Credit = View or Download the Contact / Resume of a Candidate.
- The number of Credits that you are eligible for shall be determined based on the selected plan.
- The balance of Credits shall be communicated to you every time before you are about to utilize a Credit.
- The Credits can be used for ‘any’ active Job Post of yours and are not bound to any specific active Job Post.
- JollyHires Credits once purchased cannot be transferred to any other person.
- Any Credit used is non-refundable.
- JollyHires reserves the sole right to vary the number of applications that you are eligible to receive per Job Post.
Credit-Specific Plans –
- You shall be eligible to use Credits ( i.e view or download) against ‘n’ number of Jobs via the JollyHires Platform.
- You will have access to the Credits on JollyHires Platform and will be valid for the period defined in the Paid Plan that you purchase ( i.e “60 Days Validity” from the day of purchase)
- If you exhaust the number of Credits during the Paid Plan Validity ( i.e 60 days from the date of purchase), you can simply buy more Credits by opting for any of the Paid Plans comprising different Credits Bundle packs options.
Fair usage –
- Notwithstanding your specific Plan selected, JollyHires reserves the right to limit the number of Job Posts and/or Database Views to, inter alia, ensure protection of JollyHires’s and candidates data as well as to maintain the efficiency of the JollyHires Platform.
- JollyHires, further, reserves the right to remove a Job Post, reduce its visibility or restrict responses to a Job Post if, in JollyHires’ sole discretion, the Job Post has received a sufficient number of responses.
- JollyHires reserves the right to limit Database Views if, in JollyHires’s sole discretion, JollyHires is of the opinion that you have viewed or downloaded a sufficient number of candidate profiles either in relation to a specific Job Post or in relation to the overall Services being provided by JollyHires and your usage of the JollyHires Platform.
- JollyHires reserves the right to reject any Job Post or information/data provided by you without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the Job Post.
- By posting/uploading a job posting on the JollyHires Platform you confirm that you have obtained all licenses/permits as are necessary for recruitment and to indemnify JollyHires against all claims, damages arising out of actions/claims that may be made in relation to the same.
- JollyHires offers no guarantee or warranties that you will receive responses that are satisfactory, related to your Job Post or any response at all once the Job Post is made live on the JollyHires Platform. JollyHires, further, does not guarantee that there will not be overlaps between the responses to a Job Post and Contact info / Resume (Database) Views, i.e. it is possible that your Candidates Database Views might reveal the same candidate profiles that are received as responses to your Job Post.
- JollyHires shall in no way be held liable for any information received by you and it shall be your sole responsibility to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at your own cost and expense.
- The Paid Plan shall commence only upon receipt of the payment towards the Selected Plan.
- JollyHires may require you to provide an undertaking that the Job Posts relate to genuine jobs and that you have the authority to make such Job Posts. You further undertake to not require any form of financial commitment or payment in kind from candidates who are interested in and applying for/replying to the Job Posts made by you on the JollyHires Platform.
- Your Selected Plan is neither re-saleable nor transferable to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual.
- You do not have any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded via a Job Post to the JollyHires Platform.
- All disputes arising out of your use of the Paid Services and the Paid Plan shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
- Your account on the JollyHires Platform shall be determined according to the manner in which you are accessing the Paid Plans.
When you wish to access the Paid Plan Services as a company, you shall be required to create an account on the JollyHires Platform, avail of the 15-day Complimentary Free trial and thereafter purchase a Plan or Credits depending on the particular Paid plan that you wish to avail. On purchasing JollyHires Credits, the same shall not be transferable to any other person and shall be for your exclusive use.
- Upon receipt of payment for the selected Paid Plan from you, JollyHires will credit the Company Account with the requisite number of credits that pertain to your specific Selected Plan. The number of credits required for Job Post(s) and Database Views will be communicated to you by JollyHires from time to time. JollyHires reserves the right to make changes to the number of credits required to either post a job or view the database. JollyHires further reserves the right to have differential credit requirements of the number of credits required for different types of Job Posts and/or Database Views.
- All invoices shall be raised by JollyHires on the Company Account, i.e. the invoices will be in the name of the organization for which the Company Account has been activated.
- It shall be your sole responsibility to utilize JollyHires Credits only for those Job Categories in which and geographic areas where the Paid Services are meant to be availed. If you unintentionally or mistakenly publish Paid Job Posts on the JollyHires Platform for Job Categories or geographic areas where the Paid Services are available, then JollyHires shall have no liability, whatsoever, to refund JollyHires that are deducted from your Company Account towards such Paid Job Post(s).
- The validity period of a Paid Job Post is 30 days. The validity period shall be from the date of publishing the Paid Job Post on the JollyHires Platform on the web or mobile app.
JollyHires may launch different types of value-added services according to different types of products and services. At present, JollyHires provides fixed value-added services including Video screening feature, Outbound Calls and participation in Job Fairs.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Refund and Cancellation PolicyAll prices of the Credit-based model do not include GST. This Credit-based model is a digital offering of Database views ( contact info or Resume), and JollyHires will not provide a refund post-completion of the payment. It is hereby clarified that no refunds shall be made vis-a-vis JollyHires Credits already exhausted by you.
For Jobs, no refund shall be issued if the job is rejected or closed. The services & Credits must be used within the specified time duration. The user may not request a refund from JollyHires unless the Credit-based service cannot be used generally due to a platform failure after due diligence. If the user’s account is closed due to inappropriate behavior on JollyHires’s platform, no refund will be issued to him/her. - Social Media accountAs part of the functionality of the Service, you may link your account with online accounts you have with third-party service providers (each such account, a “Third-Party Account”) by either: (1) providing your Third-Party Account login information through the Service; or (2) allowing us to access your Third-Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third-Party Account. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your ThirdParty Account, without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account, and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider of the Third-Party Account. By granting us access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that (1) we may access, make available, and store (if applicable) any content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account (the “Social Network Content”) so that it is available on and through the Service via your account, including without limitation any friend lists and (2) we may submit to and receive from your Third-Party Account additional information to the extent you are notified when you link your account with the Third-Party Account. Depending on the Third-Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third-Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third-Party Accounts may be available on and through your account on the Service. Please note that if a Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or our access to such Third Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, then Social Network Content may no longer be available on and through the Service. You will have the ability to disable the connection between your account on the Service and your Third-Party Accounts at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. We make no effort to review any Social Network Content for any purpose, including but not limited to, for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for any Social Network Content. You acknowledge and agree that we may access your email address associated with a Third-Party Account. You can deactivate the connection between the Service and your Third-Party Account in the company profile (if applicable). We will attempt to delete any information stored on our servers that was obtained through such a Third-Party Account, except the username and profile picture that become associated with your account.
- User Termination Policy/Legal Action: We may terminate a user’s access to the Service if found violating this agreement. We reserve the right to decide whether Content violates these agreements for any reason, including copyright infringement, Spam, Scam, Unprofessional Behaviour, etc. We may at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a user’s account for sending/posting such material in violation of these agreements.
